Unity of UK St Lucian Associations celebrates Jounen Kweyol

Unity extends special thanks to all its members, friends and supporters who came in great numbers to celebrate Jounen Kweyol at the Stratford Town Hall in London on Sunday, 29 October 2023.  The event was a great success.

The vibe/atmosphere was wonderful, and it was evident that many were dressed to impress. The vendors too played their part with an attractive display of arts and crafts presentation.

Jounen Kweyol is an annual celebration to increase awareness and foster a greater understanding of the Creole language.  This event also seeks to bring out the cultures, which include traditional drama, music, dance, and social life.
