Guy Mayers update on the Windrush generation situation

Hi folks

I have been updating you on the situation with the Windrush generations negatively impacted by a failed U.K. government policy.

Together we as CARICOM High Commissioners decided that the welfare of our nationals must be given priority above all other issues to be discussed at CHOGM and took the fight to the U.K. authorities and as you can see we have prevailed.
Now if our nationals do not take advantage of this opportunity then our fight would have been in vain.

I am therefore calling on all St Lucians who may have family members or friends who fall into the Windrush category to send me their names and contact information so that we can make representation on their behalf.
